Ten years ago, ELLA Library began as informal reading groups in the living rooms of young mothers seeking connection in East Lake and Cedar Hill. What started as a way to combat isolation has blossomed into a vital community institution serving dozens of families annually.

Today, our Cedar Hill Community Library at 4501 13th Ave stands as a beacon of hope and learning, where stories come alive in multiple languages and generations connect through the power of shared experience.
